This is a 1974 dated, hardback publication, written by Barry Gregory. The book gives a comprehensive overview, of the development of British Airborne forces, during the war. Home Guard Certificate
This is a framed, wartime example. It is named to a David John Ransom, who did 2 years service between November 9th 1942 to December 31st 1944.
The certificate is still in it's original, wartime frame. It does have some foxing, as clearly shown. The back of the frame has been repaired more recently, by it's previous collector/family. read more
