This is a good, wartime example. It shows officers from the 23rd West Riding, Home Guard Battalion, in Halifax. 2 of the battalion titles are clearly visible, in this photo. The previous owner, of this picture, has researched the location, indicating that it was taken outside a Home Guard drill hall in Prescott Street, in Halifax. 1940 British Army Clasp Knife

This is a Broad arrow stamped and 1940 dated, 2 blade example. It has been well looked after and has been thoroughly cleaned. The can opener blade has been shortened, at some stage. Both blades are taut, on the knife and have an excellent spring action, when moved.
